Our subject matter experts have decades of experience in bridge design and inspections and project management on numerous small and large transportation projects. We have significant experience preparing study reports; producing plans; estimating quantities; preparing cost estimates, special provisions, and copied notes; addressing requests for information (RFIs) and reviewing shop drawings; and helping resolve field issues during construction. He served numerous clients like VDOT, WVDOH, NCDOT and WMATA. Our experience includes managing highway design, site development, horizontal and vertical geometry layout, utility relocation, maintenance of traffic, signing, pavement markings, right-of-way acquisition, traffic design and management of projects ranging from Metro Line Extensions to Traffic Signal Modifications. We also have in-depth experience performing traffic signal pre-emption calculations and traffic studies using various computer analysis tools such as SYNCHRO, HCS and TRAFFIX.
