Hari has more than 20 years of experience in bridge design and inspections and project management on numerous small and large transportation projects. As a structural engineer, he has significant experience preparing study reports; producing plans; estimating quantities; preparing cost estimates, special provisions, and copied notes; addressing requests for information (RFIs) and reviewing shop drawings; and helping resolve field issues during construction. He served numerous clients like VDOT, WVDOH, NCDOT and WMATA.

Raghu is responsible for leading roadway design. He has more than 20 years of work experience in managing highway design, site development, horizontal and vertical geometry layout, utility relocation, maintenance of traffic, signing, pavement markings, right-of-way acquisition, traffic design and management of projects ranging from Metro Line Extensions to Traffic Signal Modifications. He also has in-depth experience performing traffic signal pre-emption calculations and traffic studies using various computer analysis tools such as SYNCHRO, HCS and TRAFFIX.
